Once you have bought your dream plot why not take advantage of our hassle free Project Management Service, where, for a very competitive fee, we will arrange the entire home build process on your behalf and provide you with a completed turn-key cottage.

There is no need to build immediately as planning permission is without time limit, and we are more than happy to put you in touch with all the necessary contractors should you wish to arrange your own build. However, we are very aware that many people are daunted by the prospect of managing the complexities of their own building project, so we are pleased to offer an all-inclusive project management service for our customers, where we will arrange and coordinate every aspect of their home build including -

> Finalising plans and fitting details with main home builder

> Arranging delivery to site and installation of your cottage

> Installation of footings/pony wall foundations

> Drilling of water well and installation of pump & pressure system

> Installation of septic holding tank, burial & hook-up

> Connection to electricity supply

At the end of the build process you will be the proud

owner of a totally complete turn-key cottage.

All you have to do is move your furniture in!
