Zoom Airlines currently offer flights from London Gatwick to Winnipeg at around £400 GBP return and there are also plenty of alternative services flying via Toronto or Chicago for example providing added flight time flexibility. See the 'Useful Links' page for more details.

With hotel accommodation costing as little as £40 GBP per night, and Jim acting as a free chauffeur and guide for the three days, the cost of your stay will not break the bank. The entire stay, including flights, accommodation and meals could cost you as little as £500 GBP, and would give you complete peace of mind when committing to your purchase.

Lease Purchase Finance Options

These plots are available on lease purchase as well as on a cash sale basis. This is an ideal option for people who do not wish to pay for their purchase in one lump sum. We offer the following terms on land sold in this manner -

A new low deposit of $2,000 CAD (£1,000 GBP) is required on each plot financed.
A competitive annual interest rate of 4% will be charged on the balance.
Plot purchases shall be financed for the term of six years.
The lease can be paid off early after the first full year at no penalty.
Building work can take place on site at any time during the lease period.
Annual property tax information (due each October 31st) shall be forwarded to purchaser at least thirty days prior to annual due date (approx $400 CAD), and said tax monies due shall be forwarded to us in the full amount before due date.

BEAVER LODGE LAKE - EXCITING UPDATE

Beaver Lodge is in the process of becoming a stocked lake (Rainbow Trout) and is currently being developed with a dock, and several water craft (paddle boats) for exclusive use by the residents and lot owners within the subdivision.
